And then get heated till they become liquid mass.

Which gets crammed into a press-form with a stamper inside.

Stamper or matrix is a metal plate with precise information. This one is a movie which will be on a DVD in a while.

Under the temperature of 250 degrees liquid polycarbonate gets shaped into a disc. And the info on the matrix gets imprinted on it.

Workpieces with information get into a cooling machine.

Then they get covered with reflecting surface so that laser ray could read the info.

After one lot has been produced it gets painted.
